Biography
Dr. Paul Bryce is an Associate of the Institute for Sustainable Futures and Director of APACE VFEG, a renewable energy division of the Earth Trust. Paul has 25 years experience in appraisal, feasibility, design, implementation and evaluation of rural renewable energy systems in Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, Bougainville, Samoa, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Fiji. He is a recipient of the "Fred Hollows Award" of the Institution of Engineers, for outstanding and long-standing services to humanity. He is one of only two foreigners to receive an 'Award of Achievement' from the Solomon Islands Government, and was Australian NGO representative at the UNGASS on Environment and Development.
